Time for a new Too Good To Go venue today! 🎉

Collected some absolutely amazing treats for tea from Haskins Garden Centre and I’m seriously impressed. Plenty of delicious goodies rescued from going to waste and perfect for an afternoon indulgence. 🍰🥐🧁

The diet starts tomorrow… today is all about enjoying these fantastic treats! 😋

Highly recommended if you’re looking for a surprise box and love a bargain while helping reduce food waste. ♻️💚

Our cheeky friend has been again. Real variety of planes this week to instantly brighten any garden.

All profit to Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care who have excitingly now opened their doors after the rebuild. It costs £30000 a day to keep the doors open.

We didn’t let the weather dampen our spirits as we headed to a fantastic concert at the iconic Royal Chelsea Hospital. ☔🎶

There was an excellent variety of food trucks, plenty of seating to enjoy some delicious food, and a great atmosphere throughout the evening.

The entertainment was superb, with performances from Heaven 17, Tony Hadley, and Holly Johnson bringing back so many memories of our clubbing days. 🎤🕺💃

A wonderful night of great music, good food, and nostalgia with friends. Despite the rain, it was definitely a night to remember!

The Lady of the House has been enjoying a proper Ladies That Lunch day! 🍷🌸

A fantastic lunch at The Partridge in Singleton, followed by a visit to the Flower Festival at Chichester Cathedral. What a beautiful setting for some truly stunning floral arrangements. Tomorrow is the final day of the festival, and it’s well worth a visit if you’re nearby.

Having seen the standard on display, expectations are now, quite naturally, very high for the next time she volunteers to do the church flowers! 😄💐

A wonderful day of good food, great company, and plenty of floral inspiration.

What an amazing haul from Alton Market today! 🌧️🛍️

The wet weather can’t make it easy for these hardworking stallholders, so it was great to see so many of them still out there. Mrs M is a huge fan of the flower stall and came home with some beautiful peonies reduced to just £2 a bunch, along with a huge box of fresh fruit and veg for only £5. It seems she timed her visit perfectly as the traders were starting to think about packing up for the day!

Now the challenge is to see what delicious meals and creations it all turns into. 🍓🥕🌸

It’s always good to support local, independent businesses and the people who work so hard to keep our markets thriving. If you’re nearby, Alton Market is well worth a visit.

Mr M had to work, so Mrs M snuck off to try out the newly opened Mad Swan Hotel, which many locals will remember as Blacknest.

The décor is vibrant, stylish and welcoming, creating a lovely atmosphere from the moment you walk in. What was once the banquet room has been transformed into a relaxed space where you can enjoy pizza and even have a go on the shuffleboard in the games room.

The main restaurant, The Potting Shed, certainly impressed. The ladies loved the clearly seasonal menu, and every dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

Of course, no visit would be complete without dessert, and the chocolate sharing board was the perfect way to finish. Safe to say it was a huge hit… not a single chocolate made it home for the workers! 🍫😂

A wonderful evening of great food, lovely company and a chance to see how this local favourite has been transformed.

What a fantastic night in Wi******er! ✨🕯️

A candlelit evening with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra in the breathtaking Wi******er Cathedral was the perfect way to spend the evening. The Pop Goes Classic performance was brilliant, showing the orchestra’s incredible range and talent while keeping the audience entertained from start to finish.

Beautiful music, an amazing venue, and a truly magical atmosphere. One to remember! 🎻🎶❤️
