As you all probably know by now, I'm doing a 24 mile trek in September to raise money for East Anglian Air Ambulance Charity and 3 days later, I'll be abseiling for King's College Hospital Charity.

🚨 Here's the news - I'm trekking from London to Brighton in a Ultra Challenge in May 2027! 🤯

- A total of 62.1 miles 😳

I'm going for the continuous so I'll be walking all day ☀️ and all night 🌙

I'll be raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital and Charity who provided my nephew Alfie with exceptional care that gave my family the time we had with him.

This is why things have been a bit quiet recently but I'll be taking some amazing photographs on the route! 🫶🏼

Today I want to shine a light on the incredible work of Lennox Children's Cancer Fund 💛

Lennox supports children and families affected by childhood cancer, helping create moments of happiness, support and unforgettable memories during incredibly difficult times.

I had the privilege of photographing their Party for Heroes at Marsh Farm through my Frames For Change initiative - a day celebrating the bravery, strength and courage of these amazing children and their families. ✨

I was thinking today about what I wanted to be when I was younger.

At around age 12, I wanted to be an oceanographer because I was fascinated by waves and how they worked. By 15, I wanted to be a historian because I wanted to understand the past.

Now I'm working towards becoming a clinical psychologist 🤔

Looking back, I don't think the dream ever really changed.

I've always been curious about what lies beneath the surface - whether that's waves, history, or the human mind. I've always wanted to understand the why.

Maybe our childhood dreams don't disappear. Maybe they simply evolve into something we never expected 🌊📖🧠
