✨ The Magic of Composite Photography ✨

Have you ever wondered how my fine art newborn portraits are created?

The first image shows a baby safely photographed in my studio, lying comfortably on a beanbag with professional lighting and a warm, controlled environment.

The second image is the finished artwork. Using digital compositing techniques, I carefully blend the studio portrait with a handcrafted woodland scene, creating a beautiful storybook image that would not be possible to capture in real life.

Composite photography allows me to create magical, artistic portraits while always keeping your baby safe and comfortable throughout the session. Your little one never leaves the studio, and every element is thoughtfully combined during the editing process.

From a simple studio photograph to a piece of wall art that looks as though it belongs in a fairy tale—this is where photography meets imagination.

Four generations. One woodland. A lifetime of memories. ❤️

It was such a privilege to photograph this beautiful family together in the Sussex woodland. From great-grandmother to grandparents, parents, siblings, and grandchildren, these are the moments that truly matter.

In the busyness of everyday life, it's rare to have everyone together in one place. Yet these photographs become some of the most treasured possessions a family will ever own—capturing not just faces, but connections, laughter, stories, and the love shared across generations.

Watching the children run through the trees, seeing grandparents cuddle their grandchildren, and capturing the special bond between every generation reminded me exactly why I love what I do.

One day, these images will be priceless.
