Hi all,
I would like to let you all know that I will no longer be running macro photography workshops with effect from April this year. If you are keen to get your final session scheduled for February or March, please contact me sooner rather than later. Places are getting booked up quickly.
I have had a fantastic time, met lovely people, enjoyed great banter, learned a lot, have come across and had the privilege of owning (still do) amazing animals and made life-long friends a long the way.
The reason for having decided to stop running macro photography workshops is so I can prioritise my wellbeing and support my family. I will continue with photography, just in a different format. Watch this space !
I am very grateful for all the support I have received over the years. At the risk of forgetting to recognise someone…special thank yous (in no particular order) go to:
• Geoff Read - who I started the macro photography journey with and who is the best! OMG we have had quite a few laughs (still have)
• Global Geckos - Will and his team for partnering with me
• Kevin Hatfield - for all his advice over the years and being a very welcoming returning customer and now friend
• Barry Snell - for helping to set up my studio and listening (I do wonder if he actually ever listens to me ) to me during our dog walks. Long this may continue.
• Dean Stokes - my PA , the best I’ve ever had
• Janette Hill – for sending customers my way
• Kira Hewitt – for looking after my animals during holidays
• Edward Bostock-Howard - for his advice and support with animals and workshops
• Ruth Wallington - again a very welcoming returning customer and now friend
• My family - who have been amazing, and for putting up with my chaotic working style!
• And last but not least, you - my customers
Without you I would not have been able to both enjoy as well as provide amazing experiences.
Thank you,
Roy
