With hearts and mind project in 2006 to give back to the people of Iceland creating a new town next to the base

Naval Air Station Keflavik was a United States Navy air station at Keflavík International Airport, Iceland, located on the Reykjanes peninsula on the south-west portion of the island. NASKEF was closed on 8 September 2006 and its facilities were taken over by the Icelandic Defence Agency as their primary base.

It’s definitely inspired me to love the P8 and patrol aircraft some what underdogs in the military world but always playing a key feature this main reason I made my layout if you wanna check it out head to
