INSECURE is live!
I truly feel this has been my best work to date and I'm super proud of the commitment and dedication of everyone involved at the various stages of this project.
Jam has created a belter of a track here and his lyrical work made my job of bringing the dual narrative concept to screen that wee bit easier!
And big respect to producer Donna, without whom none of this would have happened. Donna also helped bring a high level of authenticity to this project, which required a large degree of vulnerability and wearing her heart on her sleeve. I couldn't be prouder of you all and I thank you for trusting me with the story. I hope we get to do this again real soon!

Also an extra thank you to the supporters of the project who allowed us to use their premesis and helped fund this very personal project.

The wonderful Juniper Three, whom you may remember we made a music video for with 'Playing It Safe' are having an album release gig this coming Thursday!
If you're into breathtaking harmonies, beautiful melodies and some of the nicest energies you'll encounter, I suggest you check the gig out. I'm very privileged to play in The Scottish Pink Floyd with these lovely ladies.
If I can get some time free from new dad duties, I'll meet you there!

Join us on 29th May for a belter of a free afternoon event!
There will be a screening of 'Experience, Strength and Broke' and discussing creative recovery alongside performances from artists involved in the soundtrack for the film.
There will also be a premiere for the video for 'Insecure' by Jam Harvie, featuring great performances by himself and Donna Boyd of Freed Up / Homegrownalwaysbest (which I think is my best work yet!) 👀💜
