We had a great day at Thirlestane Castle for the BVAC Classic at Thirlestane Castle - Festival of Motoring last weekend. Big thanks to the BVAC for having us, we really enjoyed capturing what was a special day for many.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to all those that have donated to our chosen charity, Race Against Dementia.

We're having a few weeks away from the track working on some other fun projects but looking forward to being trackside again soon. The next big event for us will be the BVAC Classic at Thirlestane Castle - Festival of Motoring where we'll be out in force all the beautiful metal and happy faces. Hopefully we can raise even more money for Race Against Dementia that weekend. Thirlestane Castle always makes for a good backdrop, fingers crossed this weather continues!

We've decided to have a go at raising some money for charity through our photography. Most of our work at car and mountain bike events is paid work, but we genuinely attend the autosolo/test events for fun as our friends are competing so don't ask for money for a lot of our work.

Our grassroots motorsport events will now be free of charge to help raise awareness of the sport and help capture the fun of the awesome events put together by local clubs.

We ask one thing. Those who download and use our photos, please consider donating to our chosen charity, Race Against Dementia, rather than paying us. You choose the amount, anything goes. A little mention of .action.prints wouldn't go a miss too 😜

Over the Easter weekend I was back in Shropshire. I dusted off Dad's old Canon A1 film camera that was destined for a charity shop of some sort and had my first attempts at old school film photography at Loton Park for the Easter hillclimb... Having two films meant I actually spoke to dad and didn't ditch him to shoot thousands of photos like I usually do. It made me actually think about it a little more too.

Dad and I used to go to these all the time when I was a kid so it was great to be back. Here's what I managed to capture on the film camera (black and white roles of film only...).

What do you think of the old school film? Manual focus and film exposure is a challenge!

What sounds like a supercar, is built like a tank, and has 5 wiper blades? We were out in the Cairngorms this week to visit some awesome mountain bike locations and drive some of Scotland's best roads. Sam's V70r sounds amazing and is still quick even compared to modern standards.
