I received news recently that this image of mine got longlisted for the Scottish portrait awards.
I image is of a young skinhead girl named tezza.
I was a bit gutted when it never got shortlisted, but we move on.
I think the I’m is so strong, but I’m biased because it’s mine.
This was part of a project which is still ongoing just now, titled SKINHEADS.

I wanted to document something that’s usually misunderstood.
