What an amazing day with these two!

My first time photographing a wedding at The Walled Garden and I loved it. Such a beautiful, relaxed setting and a perfect fit for Rosie & Stephen and the kind of day they wanted.

This one had everything. Two amazing families, a brilliant group of friends, so much laughter, a few tears along the way and plenty of chaos once the party got properly going!

I’ve leaned a little more into the documentary side of things with this selection. The reactions, the characters, the laughter and all those brilliant unscripted moments that happen throughout a wedding day. It’s a huge part of what I love about photographing weddings and telling the story of the day.

Rosie & Stephen were an absolute joy from start to finish, and I couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome by everyone around them.

A brilliant couple, brilliant people and such a fantastic day!

I absolutely love this photograph!

It’s the kind of image that probably sums up a huge part of what I love about photographing weddings. Completely unplanned, slightly chaotic and just a brilliant little moment between two people having the best time.

The big portraits and beautiful locations will always have their place, but it’s photographs like this, and all the little moments happening around the edges of a wedding day, that really tell the story for me.

A busy editing week ahead, with Roisin & Jack’s and Jenni & Chris’ galleries both being finished and delivered before the end of the week. Plenty more from both of those brilliant days coming soon!

There was something incredibly special about the intimate nature of Kay & Josh’s wedding Old Course Hotel

Surrounded by their closest family and friends, they had a beautiful ceremony by John Leo Scott followed by the most relaxed day. It had such a warm, easy feel to it, with plenty of laughter and so many lovely moments between the people closest to them.

I photograph weddings of all shapes and sizes, and while I love the energy of a huge celebration, days like this are a lovely reminder of just how special a smaller wedding can be.

It was also brilliant to work alongside R.S.V.P for the first time, who was great company throughout the day.

A wonderful day with two wonderful people. Congratulations again, Kay & Josh! 🤍

Rachel & Peter | Day Two Crossbasket Castle 🤍

After an incredible ceilidh the night before, it was time for the main event.

With Rachel originally from the USA, family and friends had travelled from across the Atlantic and all over Europe to be there, which made the whole celebration feel that little bit more special.

An absolutely brilliant day from start to finish. Two wonderful families, amazing friends and so much laughter throughout.

Bella & Jack 🤍

What a day this was. From St Aloysius’ Church in Glasgow through to The Exchange this one was full of energy from start to finish.

With Bella’s family travelling over from Mexico and the USA, there were plenty of Mexican touches throughout the day, a fair amount of tequila being thrown about, and some properly wild dancing later on.

Such a fun, laid-back couple and an absolute pleasure to photograph.

Great to be working alongside Charles from Charles Seed again too. Always good fun and an absolute gent.

And a big thanks to Jenna Tadlock Photography | Scottish Wedding Photographer for second shooting with me on the day.

What a day with Caroline Taylor ✌🏼💗 & Ian at Fairmont St Andrews 🤍

Such a brilliant couple to spend the day with and a wedding that was full of laughs and energy from start to finish.

We escaped down to Crail for a little while in the afternoon, making the most of the harbour and coastline for some portraits before heading back to Fairmont for the evening celebrations.

A fantastic day with two genuinely lovely people and an absolutely brilliant crowd around them.
