2026 hello ahah
I’ve got to admit it’s been a bit like starting the new year with a dead car battery - cuz I did aha - but also just been feeling all sorts of ways these past few weeks.
I want to get excited for 2026 - as it’s scary and overwhelming af at the moment, but of course doing scary things is what’s gonna make us grow. Or crash n burn you know the drill ahah - either way we’re here for the ride, its taken me a minute to get started this year I will admit - but also will admit I burned myself out hard last year, so there’s also that fear in the back of my mind - I’m never far from burning out and ending up back in that place, so we’re going easy on ourselves and that’s ok.
Some things to share that I have done so far this year, is shoot n review .band and .sun6 for - it was a really good first gig back for the year, thank you to the bands for giving us that show.
Also on the talk of reviews, I did one for Of Mice and Men last month as well - I shy’d away from writing for a while, but im going for it again - cuz why not, doesn’t hurt to share a few words on the experience im already shooting - and again trying to do more to grow this year.
Im probably going to make a video talking more about stuff because I feel like I could write so much in this caption ahaha - so stay tuned, there’s gonna be a few announcements coming soon…
(Also we gonna ignore the white strip exposing my shawdy layout - the new mouse I bought for my computer is AWFUL and loves to drop connection every 2 seconds so also dealing with that - see why I can type a caption for days my computers killing my soul)
