I haven’t been posting much of anything at all recently. To be honest I’ve been having a mentally tough time after the loss of my best bud. To some they are just dogs. To us, he was one of the kids. I’m back to feeling semi normal now so here’s a photo of travisbarker that went out in the post today.

Today has been the hardest day. I had to say goodbye to my best friend ever. He had a good run. Made it all the way to 14. No day will ever be the same again. I will respond to messages and emails in time. I’m just not in the right head space to think about anything.

So Roan (my son) and I decided to try our hand at “Toy Photography” tonight. I have to say I really enjoyed it myself. Was also really nice to get a chance to work along side him and giving him an insight into the world of lighting and composition etc. these shots are all his set up with me controlling the camera settings.

New lyric video uploaded to YouTube this morning. I picked this song as I feel it’s got a huge importance in mental health. A beautifully written song by .infadel and that is about reaching out and asking for help when you need it most.
If anyone knows me, they will know hoe much I advocate for mental health and in particular men’s mental health.
Unfortunately we live in a world that still sees men as weak if we open up and talk about things.
My inbox is always open if anyone needs to vent. There is no wealth without mental health.
