Have I ever mentioned that I really like flowers? There’s numerous flowers I could name that are so elegant such as lavender, carnations, foxgloves….and that’s just some examples from the top of my head, however I think sunflower and roses really compliment each other and they give me that uplifting feeling.

So I had an amazing opportunity to go and visit New Start Cat Rescue Charity to take some photos. New start cat rescue is a charitable foundation that will help any cat or kitten in need and find them their forever home.

I had to chance to meet Jackie and a few of the other volunteers that helped out last Sunday. She showed me around and introduced me to all of the cats/kittens, along the way I learned about some of the stories behind these fur-friends and also some Interesting general cat facts.

I must say it was an absolute pleasure and so heart warming to see how much time, love and passion they have to help give vulnerable cats and kittens another chance in life. They secure, maintain and open their doors, everyday, to people who will give them a life they are destined for.
