A thoughtful gift from my son.
The Minolta was my first SLR in the 1980's and pretty much the only camera I used up to 2015.
It was really nice to get my hands on this absolutely mint 40 year old model, with a host of lenses and rolls of film. It made my day 🙂
Minolta became Konica Minolta and was acquired by Sony for its technology to create Sony Cameras in 2006.

Seeing the light...
I actually shot this in complete darkness and used a small led photography light to illuminate the church over a 30-second exposure, lighting the building in a continuous sweep. So I'm in this shot, but just invisible as I kept moving.
