A little update on my availability 📆
I am now fully booked for 2026, thank you so much to everyone who has booked and supported my business 🥰 I’m loving working with all my amazing clients on different projects!

2027 is filling fast and I have limited availability left so please get in touch if you’re planning a 2027 wedding/ branding project/ family shoot.

2028 calendar is open for wedding bookings only 🥂🤍

It’s been a busy couple weeks at the stunning K I N M O U N T H O U S E shooting for the brand new Kinmount Cottages !

If you’re looking for a wedding venue that is out of this world and comes with stunning characterful cottages for your closest guests to make a weekend of it, you won’t get anything more ‘destination’ like than this.

L U C Y & J A C K 🤍🫶🏼

These two were exactly my kind of couple.

So incredibly chilled, up for absolutely anything and, in their own words, they just wanted their day “captured in real time, reflecting them as a couple and a family.”

And that family very much includes their beautiful little sass monster, Sage. 😂♥️

Which brings me to the stickers on Jack’s hand…

Lovingly applied by Sage, with a little encouragement from various family members, in an attempt to keep her in good spirits for the ceremony. Jack fully embraced his new accessories and when it came to editing the photos, there was absolutely NO WAY those stickers were disappearing.

Because that is them.

It’s real. It’s funny. It’s a tiny little detail that instantly takes them back to that moment and exactly the kind of thing I bloody love capturing. ♥️

The whole day was just good fun. No pressure to make everything perfectly posed or polished, just enjoying it as it happened and trusting me to capture the chaos, the laughs, the little moments and everything in between.

They were even willing to run into the middle of a VERY busy Carlisle road on a Monday (because apparently nobody works in this city) and I told them I had a vision. 😂

And thankfully… we got the money shot. 📸

Lucy + Jack, you were an absolute dream. Thank you for trusting me to capture your family exactly as you are … stickers, sass, road-running and all.

This is what I mean when I say I want to photograph how your wedding felt, not just how it looked. ♥️

Of all the ‘about me’ posts I could ever write - this prompt on chat gpt has got me summed up to a T…although I’m not sure whether to be impressed or feel attacked 😳

Prompt: if someone was about to meet me for the very first time and you had to warn them about me, what would you say?

Apparently I have two speeds: 0 and 147mph. There is no in between.

If I say “I’ve just had an idea…” whatever plans you had for the next three weeks are now irrelevant.

If I say “I’ll just quickly…” it will absolutely not be quick. It will somehow result in a full strategy, spreadsheet, Canva campaign and possibly an entirely new business venture.

Apparently I’m extremely creative, but unfortunately my creativity has absolutely no respect for my available time. Which may be the most accurate thing anyone has ever said about me. 😂

I also have a habit of turning absolutely everything into a project, putting an extraordinary amount of effort into making things look effortless, and taking “that probably can’t be done” as a personal challenge.

And apparently I can accomplish 12 things in one day and still go to bed thinking about the 13th thing I didn’t get done. 🙃

ChatGPT’s final warning?

Which is wild, because my actual job description is basically:
