It's not always weddings over here at Katy Holland Photography. I often get invited into the homes of lovely families to document their life, usually to welcome the newest member.
It's often chaotic, it's usually loud, sometimes it's the calm moments of reflection but it's always a very special time. Those little hands don't stay little for very long and I love to photograph those special moments, freezing them in time forever for you to look back on.
If you're contemplating a family shoot, I don't know anyone that's regretted it, but I know many people (myself included!) that's thought "I wish I'd had more photos when the children were little"
