Story time: A year ago on this date, I took the slow drive into the big smoke to record an old friend talk about his business.
In a typical London pub perched on the corner of Camden High Street, I set up amongst the remnants of the night before. With the cleaner sweeping and mopping in the room, Charlie and I began to talk about his new venture at the Camden Head.
Realising the date, I revisited the footage from the day and found some unused sections. Watching it back, it's incredible to see how many of the steps that Charlie talks about have come to fruition in only a year. The second trailer, and the new residency, now at Mayfield Farm and multiple setups on location. All that's left is the restaurant!
I look forward to seeing where he's at a year from now. Congratulations to him and the team for such a successful journey so far!
