We’ve had such an amazing amount of interest in L&D Film Co. over the past few weeks, with new bookings, plenty of enquiries and even our first destination wedding pencilled in!

We’re genuinely so excited to see where this takes us and for all of the weddings, shoots and projects we’ve got ahead.

A huge thank you to our friends and family who have shared our posts, recommended us and helped get our name out there, it really does make a difference.

And, most importantly, thank you to every couple who has trusted us to capture such an important day. We don’t take that trust lightly, and we absolutely cannot wait to create something really special for each of you.

We’re looking to connect with a handful of wedding venues across the North East!

At L&D Film Co., we’d love to build genuine partnerships with local venues where we can recommend and support one another.

If you recommend us to one of your couples and they go on to book their wedding videography with us, we’ll pay you a commission for the referral.

And if 5 of your recommendations turn into bookings, we’ll also create a complimentary promotional video for your venue — perfect for showcasing your space across your website and social media.

As one of our venue partners, we’ll also feature your venue on our website and tag you in any wedding films shared on our social channels, where we have the couple’s permission to do so.

We’d love to hear from venues across Newcastle, Northumberland, Sunderland, County Durham, Middlesbrough, Hartlepool and North Yorkshire.

Maybe you’d love to have your day filmed, but when everything else starts adding up, videography just hasn’t quite made it into the budget.

We might be able to help!

We’re currently offering an introductory rate for all remaining 2026 weddings. We’re still building our wedding portfolio, so it’s a chance for us to get the ball rolling while helping a few more couples capture their day properly and have those memories to look back on for years to come.

We’ve had such a lovely response since opening our diary, but we do still have dates available between now and the end of the year.
We’re based in County Durham and happy to consider weddings right across the North East.
