Day 2 at Hawes Farmers Auction Mart certainly didn't disappoint, with trade carrying on from yesterday blowing everyone away yet again with a final 2 day average of £209.01! A massive well done to all the staff at Hawes as well as all the vendors who produce the goods! it was a pleasure to be there. The honours went to to the top pen form HW & G White which went onto fetch £550. You can find the rest below 👇

What a treat to be there among the buzz as one of the most incredible trades in recent times was witnessed by a packed out ring full of buyers and visitors from far and wide! Tups Tups Tups as far as the eye can see up at Kelso....Luckily I was just concentrating on the Bluefaced Leicester section, where the top price in the crossing lines was an impressive £24,000 for the Highland Champion, Beeches Venom and in the Traditional lines the Champion and Reserve Champion couldnt be seperated at £9000 each.
