Welcome to Baa Baa Bairns! In this first post I will tell you more about myself and my photography. Originally from Krakow, Poland I moved to Wroclaw at the age of 19 to study photography at PHO-BOS Photography School. I then studied Spanish Philology at Jagiellonian University and after the graduation I moved to Edinburgh in 2012. After ten years spent in the capital I wanted to try something different and that's how we (my husband, our two kids and I) discovered Hawick and fell in love with Scottish Borders. We found a great quality of life here, everyone has been very welcoming and the kids love it too ❤️
Back in Edinburgh I used to work at some truly great places: The Palace of Holyroodhouse, The National Museums, Holyrood Distillery, The Scotch Whisky Experience and PekoeTea. I really wanted to find equally wonderful jobs here and my dreams came true - I now work at two amazing companies: Selkirk Distillers (social media) and Johnstons of Elgin (retail).
I specialise in food&drink photography, but two years ago I decided to try doing newborn photo shoots. I must tell you this: I absolutely love love love them!
Today I want to show you some photos showing my food&drink photo skills and tomorrow we'll talk more about my newborn photography offer 🍼👼🧸
