.✨ 37, Mum of 4… and finally me ✨

For the last 15 years, since having my first child, my world has revolved around raising my 4 amazing boys. I poured everything into them, always putting their needs first, and somewhere along the way, I lost me.

Over the last 18 months, I’ve found myself again. I’m more confident, stronger, and sure of who I am. I’ve embraced fitness, joined CrossFit, signed up for competitions, and I’m now in the best shape of my life.

But even when you’re confident, new adventures can be nerve-wracking. When I first walked through Sarah’s door for my bo***ir shoot, I was physically shaking with nerves. I didn’t need to be. Sarah and her incredible team of lovely ladies made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived.

They say a bo***ir session makes you feel confident… but looking at those photos afterwards made me feel empowered. I felt beautiful. Sexy. Strong. Proud of the woman I’ve become.

I even chose to have a piece of wall art for my bedroom so I can be reminded every day of this journey and how far I’ve come. The rest of my photos are in an album that sits proudly in my room, a constant reminder that yes, I’m a 37-year-old mum of 4 fabulous boys… but I’m also me.

✨ Strength. Beauty. Courage. ✨

Today, we had the absolute honour of photographing a truly remarkable woman.

Recently diagnosed with MS, she hasn’t let it define her, instead, she’s embraced her journey with grace, fire, and resilience. Her bo***ir session wasn’t just about capturing her outer beauty (which she has in abundance!), it was about reclaiming her power, rediscovering her strength, and celebrating the woman she is.

Watching her step in front of the camera with confidence and vulnerability was nothing short of inspiring. She reminded us that even when life throws unexpected challenges our way, we can still rise, shine, and feel amazing in our own skin. 💪💖

To anyone out there going through tough times, let her story be a reminder: you are powerful, you are beautiful, and you deserve to feel that every single day.
