After owning the first version of this book, I was very keen to purchase a copy of this updated version, and it hasn't disappointed.
With lots of new updated areas and details this is definitely worth investing in.
Although aimed at photographers, this is also an excellent book for anyone visiting the Dolomites who just wants some inside knowledge on the best areas to visit for amazing views & scenery.
The book is a classic fotovue easy-to-use guidebook, with detailed maps and locations, including the best times of year to visit certain areas, and the best time of day for perfect photo opportunities (or just beautiful scenery).
The photography in the guidebook is stunning with detailed descriptions of locations and camera and lens to provide inspiration.
Every area has been updated with QR codes and what3words locations.
This is more than just a photography book, with detailed information about climate, where to stay, lift access, drone information, shows and events and mountain sports.
I am thoroughly looking forward to exploring the Dolomites and using this guidebook to help plan my trip.
