🌊 Porthleven, Cornwall — stormy skies meeting silky seas.
Shot on my Canon 6D MkII with the 70-200mm f/4, using a Lee Filter Little Stopper to stretch the exposure to 30 seconds at f/11 (167mm). Edited on Lightroom Mobile.

Love how the long exposure turned the waves into soft layers of mist against the rocks and harbour wall.

A soft pastel sky meets the serene waters around St Michael’s Mount, Cornwall. This 4-shot panoramic, taken with a slow exposure, smoothed the waves into a glassy embrace, giving the scene a peaceful, timeless quality.

🌄 Sunrise at St Benet’s Abbey – River Bure, Norfolk

Taken just before sunrise on a misty morning beside St Benet’s Abbey, Norfolk. Conditions were ideal—dense fog softening the background, still water for reflections, and the sun rising cleanly through the haze.

Technical Details:
📷 Canon 6D Mark II
🔍 Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8 Art, shot at 60mm
🔧 ISO 100 | f/11 | Tripod-mounted
🖥️ 3-exposure blend (manual blend in Lightroom & Photoshop) to preserve detail in both shadows and highlights without overcooking the glow.

Cropped to 16:9 for a cinematic feel. I kept the processing subtle—minimal contrast adjustments, slight clarity lift in midtones, and warm balance to retain the natural tones of the fog and early light.
