available as an open access hire without tuition for those with previous experience. The Darkroom at Beach Creative is run by fine art photography graduate Emily Rose Parris. Services include one to one workshops or group classes in developing film, printing from negatives, experimental printing, cyanotypes, photography advice, digital negative scanning and camera classes.

Darkroom Hire - I’ve had some lovely people hire the darkroom recently, so thoughts I’d pop a reminder that the darkroom is available to hire without tuition for those with previous experience.
💷 £35 per day for 1 person or £55 for 2 people
📍 Herne bay, Kent UK
‼️ bring your own paper, chemistry is included (within reason) and equipment is included
💌 private hire, without tuition so you get creative!

Fab eclipse 2026 👀 never seen my little town so busy! Nice to see people out experiencing it all! We made apertures with our hands to see the pinhole effect on the chalk cliffs in Westgate on sea. Then on the walk how spotted the eclipse on a caravan, the leaves on the tree opposite acts as apertures

Another year at Camp Bestival Dorset Dorset done! 💙

With my best friend Cat, we made hundreds of cyanotype prints, completely FREE for festival-goers to experience the magic of this beautiful process. ✨

The blisteringly hot sunshine gave us four days of perfect printing conditions, and it was such a joy seeing so many people of all ages create something unique to take home.

Already looking forward to next year! 🌞💙🌿
Amazing to work with .l.hughes and with their teams again! The Art Town tent was BUZZING with creative activities and we squeezed in as many visitors as we could, thank you for visiting 💙
