I'm a simple guy, and a lucky one. I have a job I love, so much so that it's also a hobby. Judo too is a passtime I have enjoyed for over 45 years. I am working on a series of photos, for my own pleasure really, for the love of both arts and the joy I get from them both.

15 years ago I was booked to do a family photo shoot. Back then digital cameras were nowhere near as good as they are now but I owned a little gem in the Nikon D90, an amateur body which performed way above it's price range.
This was taken indoors with available light at 1000iso. Probably the first time i'd ever taken a client shot at that speed, must've been mad.
but here it is, 15 years later still making me feel happy about how I make my living.
I went back to the family a few years later and photographed a wedding. Lovely people. Great clients.
