Well this morning I had an early photo shoot with 6 dads training for a channel swim in June. 🏊🏻‍♂️🏊🏻‍♂️🏊🏻‍♂️🏊🏻‍♂️🏊🏻‍♂️🏊🏻‍♂️ Training this week at the beautiful Chipstead lake with a water temperature of 12 degrees 🥶. I will share some more of the images later, it really was a lovely start (out of the water 🤣)!

Had a lovely weekend away with the family, with lots (and I mean lots) of food, games laughter and walks! Just what is needed in mid January!

What a great WIBN meeting today. The first proper week back after Christmas and to meet up with these lovely women, it was a real pleasure! Not in our normal venue this month but looked after us so well! We had an amazing presentation by and my lovely co-host . Lots of 1-2-1’s to plan this month and I can’t wait for the next meeting in Feb. I have a feeling this year is going to fly by as fast as the last!
