“ Wish upon a Billion Stars”

Being the space geek that I am, I just love Astrophotography and was fortunate enough to partake in a course with Royal Museum Greenwich last winter . Astrophotography is definitely an art and nothing makes me happier when I capture a wonderful night sky.

In this photo is the Milky Way Core along with my favourite galaxy, Andromeda.

The darkest of skies are needed for photos such as this, and I found a this dark space whilst in Devon last year.

Harvest is drawing near in the British countryside. 🌾🐑

Tractors trundle along sleepy lanes, hay bales sit like giant toadstools in the fields, and the old barns seem to stretch and sigh, ready for the season of gathering.

Each spring, I find comfort in the return of the bluebells, gently swaying in the breeze like little nods from the countryside itself. There’s a quiet pride in how they stand, so slender and sure. But today brought a rare kind of wonder! Nestled among the usual blues was a single white bluebell. They say only one in 10,000 bloom that way, and seeing it felt like the land had shared a little secret, just for me.
