I know that coming in for this experience and getting in front of my camera can already feel daunting, so it's really important that you know you're always in control of the styles of photos you pose for and what we aim to achieve together.

Once you've booked in, and before your session, I'll send over a link to a quick questionnaire for you to go through in your own time and space so you can think about what you want out of the experience and photos, and so we can be ready for you on the day and we're all on the same page before you even get there.

Sometimes it's not so deep, it's just really special to let yourself have fun and to relax into an experience that's just for you.

To let yourself be absolutely fabulous and to catch this time of your life in beautiful portraits.

They'll mean something to you when you're older and proudly showing them off to the grandkids. But they'll also mean something now...

Like a little reminder of your own light every time you walk past and see yourself smiling back.

It doesn't have to be complicated, you can literally turn up with your hair and make up done and wear something from my beautiful wardrobe because I'm not here to change you, just to show you what's already there

Or you can go for a full pampering and bring a suitcase full of your own options. It's always up to you and if you're not sure, just ask. I'll help you make this a beautiful and recharging experience that you'll be glad you did and will guide you through everything.

"Life is a party. Dress like it" - Audrey Hepburn

I'm not saying that wearing a fabulously vibrant flying dress with a 3 metre trail somewhere amongst the woods will take away all of the worries and stresses you've got whirling round your mind...

But for those couple of hours that you're with us for, there's not going to be time to think about much else.

You'll be too busy catching glances of yourself & your goddess vibes in the mirror, or laughing with us about the best flying technique for your chosen dresses..

It doesn't always make sense to do something so out of the ordinary for yourself but this isn't about fitting into boxes and doing what's expected of us.

It's about letting yourself be fully present in the moment, focusing on the task in hand and flying that dress! And having an absolutely fabulous time of it too without worrying about the to-do lists and deadlines 💖

It's about letting yourself go and letting yourself laugh louder and longer than you might have had a chance to in a while.

It's about seeing yourself on the back of the camera and pausing for a couple of seconds before you realise it's actually you looking back, and that's without a touch of editing

And it's about embracing the beauty and colour of our lives because we need more opportunities to do just purely fabulous and uplifting things for ourselves so we can keep spreading our sparkle around to everyone else around us too. The world needs us to stay connected to our light ☀️

It might sound a bit out there, but it's deeper than that too ❤️

These are just some of the beautiful colours of our flying dresses and they are one size fits all so they look amazing on every woman of every shape and size from 6-26. Think of them like those multi-way tie-around bridesmaid style dresses so we can literally set them beautifully on everybody. You've honestly never worn anything that makes you feel like this! 💃🏽✨

Jane brought along a fabulous wardrobe of dresses for us to play with and we had lots of fun creating these portraits for her.

Others come in with just their mobile phone and keys.

There's no right or wrong way to style your session and you can always choose what feels good.

As a guide though, we usually get time to get through 4 or 5 different looks and it's usually a mix of our beautiful gowns and flying dresses (11 different colours and one size fits all).

You can also bring outfits of your own style because it's so special to capture who you are when you're getting dressed up in 'real life' and lots of ladies like to add (or only focus on) bo***ir. For bo***ir, we ask you to bring your own style as everyone's sizing and style preferences are so different but you'll get some ideas sent over to you before your session.

Other than that, bring along accessories that you love and again that reflect your own style, and heels/ shoes if you want to. We'll often go barefoot but it's nice to mix it up.

Don't buy anything new especially unless you want to ❤️ and just have fun with it. I'm here to capture whichever versions of you you're ready to celebrate 💜❤️💜

There's this beautiful moment when our kids are grown up, doing their thing, figuring out who they are and their careers, where we get to just be friends...

It's like the beautiful in between moment where you've done a lot of the parenting work and now you're getting to just enjoy the relationship you've built up together, before they get busy in the next stage of life too.

To capture that for this Mum & Daughter reminded me how much I loved photographing families back when I did them.

I've had a lot of people ask if they can come in with a family member / friends / sisters and the answer is always yes! Bring along your cheerleaders and we'll give you all a day that you'll chat excitedly about for years!
