Our Humber bridge is a national beacon of excellence. Our Humber bridge is also a reminder of home and a warm embrace as we see the bridge from the A63 heading back to Hull.

Our Humber bridge catches our eye...for a photo! This photo of our Humber bridge was the last sunset before Christmas 2020. I noticed it's glory as I was driving towards Hessle. I had to stop! As a photographer I'm a bit picky about finding the best opportunity for a photo so I parked down Livingstone Road, just off from Clive Sullivan Way. I then walked back...up the gradient to find my spot to seize this moment...with my Samsung S20 Ultra 📱

No...I didn't have my 'proper camera'! What I did have was a device I knew so well and a eye to seize a great moment.
