Ruth & Chris. Wow what a day, thankfully we had the best Gin to keep the guests cool and hydrated.

Such a fantastic time with these guys and their friends and family. Guests that had travelled as far as you possibly can for a wedding. Close up magic kept the guests well entertained into the evening.

Just a chilled out, good vibes kind of day.

Did you know I offer videography too?

Well I do, and even better it’s just £595 for a full day coverage for any couple getting married in 2026.

I’ve been photographing weddings now for over 5 years and it’s been an amazing journey. A lot of you will know that in my photography package for a full day I now offer video highlights which couples seem to love.

I also offer wedding films for couples that want a beautiful video of the day but don’t like the thought of being posed or told to do the latest tik tok trend (I’ve honestly never been on there).

Much like my photography I blend in and capture the real emotions from the day.

I will also be including and engagement video shoot.

I’m rebelling against the price hikes and offering a discount.

Everything seems to be getting more and more expensive and I don’t know about you but it’s doing my head in.

Just had another letter through the door about yet another payment increasing.

So, with that in mind for the rest of the year I’m offering my full day package at £1295 instead of £1495. My hourly rate for weddings of £295 will now include one free hour with every booking.

There’s more, did you know that every couple that books with me gets offered a complimentary engagement shoot? Well they do. These couples enjoyed it (at least they’ve told me they did)

So be a rebel with me, book me for your wedding and save some money for once.

New year, well same me but different pricing structure.

I’m going back to my roots and giving couples more flexibility whilst at the same time, unfortunately having to up my prices but like everything the cost of living and running a business is going up.

Of course couples already booked aren’t affected and the same goes for any that have enquired about costs.

I will also give be giving anyone that enquires before January 31st 2026 the option to pick which works best for them.

So what’s the new structure?

I’ll offer a £295 per hour that I’m with you or a full day for £1495.

That still puts me quite a way below the market average but there’s more. I’ll be including short clips of moments through the day as standard. It’s like a highlight real but shot on my camera rather than the action cam I have been using. There will also be an option to have an extra of full ceremony and speeches recorded.

Right. That’s enough waffle for one post.

Officially the latest I’ve ever stayed at a wedding but when it’s NYE how can you not?!

Amazing day celebrating with K & J and partying into the early hours.

I love a winter wedding and we had a beautiful sunset to go with a very misty morning.

As always it’s the team around you that make for a stress free wedding and we had some wonderful vendors on this one.

I love my job.

M & B were absolutely awesome on Sunday at the stunningly beautiful St Mary the Virgin, Hurley.

It’s such an honour when a couple just trust me to get the moments as candidly as possible and I think we spent a total of 15 minutes for all of the formals.

We had the sun as well which is a rarity this time of year.

Such a loving and kind couple. This is why, I love my job.

Nikki & Luke.

was the perfect venue for this day. We didn’t get particularly lucky with the weather but that’s the beauty of having your wedding there, whatever the weather it’s a stunning venue.

This wonderful couple wanted the full documentary style, zero posing, no group shots!! (A photographers dream) and a focus on capturing the emotion of the day.

It’s been a pleasure getting to know these guys over the last year and one of the speeches had me on the brink of tears, if you know me you’ll know that’s near impossible to do (unless I have toothache).

Nikki started the day right in the capable hands of .hmua who did an incredible job and one of my favourite bridal hairstyles I’ve ever witnessed. I’d like to call it a single platt into a bun but that’s not what it’s called I’m sure.

The couple then ended the night with the absolute electricity that Harrier entertainment bring to any function.

Flowers by the always incredible a fellow Hungerfordian and a delicious looking cake by Jill Gascoigne.

I wish Nikki, Luke and their son all the best for the future.
