Terms & Conditions
Written under regulation of the Consumer Contracts Regulations (part of the Consumer Rights Directive):
1) Description of goods - hand decora
ted, bespoke, wooden letters and plaques.
2) Prices - the price will be calculated by multiplying the price per letter by the number of letters. Any additional embellishments or decorations (see the embellishments folder) will be added to the price thus far to give a total price. Standardised items (such as plaques) are sold at a set price but embellishments outlined as additional costs will increase the total price.
3) Delivery - parcels up to 2kg will incur postage and packaging charges of £4. Parcels of 2-5kg will incur postage and packaging charges of £5.
4) Returns - due to the personalised and bespoke nature of the goods, we can not accept returns unless an error has been made by Bits by Beth. Return postage will be refunded by Bits by Beth. Returns should be sent to Bits by Beth, 50 Kingston Road, Bradford, BD10 8PD. Customers should note that Bits by Beth will not check spelling of words requested by customers and all customers should ensure the items being requested are correct at the point of order or could incur further charges.
5) Cancellation - customers have the right to fully cancel their order up to the point that payment is received. Due to the bespoke nature of the goods, any cancelled orders after payments is received (and cancelled within 7 days of payment) will incur a 50% order surcharge (i.e. the customer will be refunded the full postage costs and then 50% of the price paid for the goods ordered)
