GEMMA + BRANDON at DORNOCH STATION - TRAILER

Gemma and Brandon brandished swords and axes at their celebration of love at Dornoch Station but nae danger as it was only Colin the Caterpillar and Gemma’s hair that got the chop that day. For every other moment it was filled with laughter and dancing as these two tied the knot on a beautiful sunny summers day in Dornoch.

GRACE + CAMERON on SKYE + ORKNEY - TRAILER

This two part wedding on two different islands was fantastic! The weather held out and no rain fell on this outdoor ceremony in Skye in the shadow of the Cuillin Mountains. The wonderful Rona - The Humanist Celebrant led the ceremony with some friends and family in attendance and also one perfect dog. The next weekend I was up to Orkney to join them for the big party which featured two customs I had not encountered before - the Cog, a mixture of a crazy amount of alcohol, heated up and then passed around for sips, and also in place of a first dance there was the Wedding March!

London meets Highland in this absolutely fantastic wedding between Jenny & Alan at the stunning Loch Ness Country House Hotel over this past weekend!

An outdoor ceremony was always the dream but with the week filled with rain it was looking less and less likely... However, the rain stopped and the sun finally came out just as Jenny began her walk down the aisle. Fate! The day was then filled with beautiful sunshine that complimented all the laughter, the smiles and the dancing that followed. A brilliant wedding and the light at Loch Ness was perfect!

A wild, wet, windy day on the Isle of Skye for these absolute troopers from Utah, USA!

Brynn and Caden, and their parents, hopped on a plane to spend a week in Scotland before the hillside wedding overlooking the Quiraing and watched on by a number of sheep.

The weather wasn't the kindest to us all but we pushed through the piercing rain and strong winds for a day of celebration! Even had the best timed flyby by a Royal Navy helicopter right when Caden finished his vows.
