6am walk around Wicksteed with Kenko before the heat kicks in, there will be selfish idiots walking their dogs in 30 plus degree heat again today, I hope I don't xome across them!
I don't know about you but I've had enough of it now! I know there are those who would say stop moaning it's summer but if you have a health condition which plays havoc with your heat regulation then it really is no fun!
