Small weddings can still be filled with so much meaning, emotion and celebration.

I’d love to photograph more intimate registry office weddings here in Kirkcaldy. Being local means I know the area, and couples can enjoy relaxed, natural coverage without feeling that their wedding needs to become a big production.

Your photography can include the arrivals, ceremony, congratulations, family groups and some natural portraits of the two of you afterwards. I’ll offer a little gentle direction when it’s helpful, but the experience remains comfortable and unhurried, particularly for couples who don’t enjoy being in front of the camera.

A beautiful, intimate outdoor wedding at Kilrie Granary in Fife 🤍

Victoria and Troy chose to celebrate with a small group of their closest family and friends, surrounded by the peaceful grounds of this lovely venue near Kirkcaldy.

Kilrie Granary works beautifully for intimate weddings. The outdoor setting creates such a relaxed atmosphere, while the gardens and character around the venue provide plenty of opportunities for natural photographs without taking the couple away from their guests for too long.

Small weddings like this are always incredibly special to photograph. With fewer formalities and a more intimate group of people, there is so much room for genuine emotion, laughter and all those little moments that make the day personal.

I’m based locally in Fife and would absolutely love to photograph more weddings at Kilrie Granary.

The photographs you expect from your wedding day are important. The ceremony, group photos and couple portraits. But, some of the photos that become most meaningful are the ones you didn’t even know were being taken. The hugs and laughs, your friends dancing, dads first look at his daughter in her dress, your parents laughing/crying during speeches. These are the little moments I’m always looking for.

When you look back at your wedding photos years from now, you’ll want to remember not only how everyone looked, but how they felt. 🤍

A family adventure in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

It was such a pleasure photographing this lovely family visiting Fife & Edinburgh all the way from USA and giving them something more then holiday snap shots to take home.

Family sessions with me are relaxed and unhurried. The best moments come when given space to walk and explore, laughing and simply enjoying some family time together. My aim is to create photos that feel like your family.

Planning your wedding at Enterkine Country House Resort? 🤍

Enterkine Country House Resort is a beautiful setting for a relaxed Scottish wedding. The venue has so much to give; character, natural light, warmth and the surrounding countryside for you to enjoy with your guests.

I love being back at Balbirnie. 🤍

It’s such a beautiful setting for a wedding. From the character of the house to the beautiful grounds and all the opportunities it gives us for relaxed, natural photos throughout the day.

Jodie & Eamon travelled all the way from Northern Ireland to celebrate their wedding day in the heart of Edinburgh. ❤️

Their day was small, intimate, and filled with so much love, beginning with a beautiful ceremony at Edinburgh City Chambers before heading to The Scotsman Hotel to celebrate with their nearest and dearest.

From heartfelt moments to plenty of laughter, it was a joy to capture such a relaxed and meaningful celebration. Everyone had a wonderful time, and it was clear just how loved this little family is.
