Over 60 portraits filled the space at Portraits of Our Time, each one telling a story far beyond the frame.

Every person photographed by brought along an item that meant something to them - something precious, personal, or tied to a memory.

From small keepsakes to lifelong treasures, these objects helped capture not just who they are, but the lives they’ve lived.

A beautiful reminder that care homes are full of history, connection and stories worth celebrating.

Recently, I had the chance to learn from Faye Kenny-Broom at and photograph the opening of Portraits of Our Time at Bradford Industrial Museum ().
