Nearly done with the store, and it will launch tomorrow!

I could not be happier with the products, the designs, the quality, and range of what is on offer at "For Fox's Sake Designs".

I have put my heart and soul into this new venture and it was born out of being inspired by, and falling in love with, a beautiful, somewhat frail, and incredibly lovable little fox called Poppy!

The idea snowballed and here I am: Launching a store that celebrated all-things-fox, tomorrow ❤️

I have reluctantly decided to postpone the store launch, for "For Fox's Sake Designs", for a few days, and here's why:

Yesterday I took a "pulse" dose of steroids, which translates as a massive dose of 500mg, because I have a three treatments' plan to take, every two weeks, and this was number two.

Unlike the first dose this one gave me insomnia, which is to be expected...

So at 7 am I got up, having not slept at all and came to the living room to try and sleep on the sofa, which I love to do.

I have had two hours' sleep, today!

Tomorrow I have my first (of twelve) community physio appointment, which will be an all-day thing, so I will be unable to work, again.

I had planned to finish off the store today, but am just too tired to concentrate.

❤️But there is a silver-lining!❤️

✅ I have put the website online and you can now have a look!

You did the shoot.

You created something powerful.

So why let it sit in a folder?

Portraits were made to be seen, not just stored.

This short video shows how I’ve used three client images to transform the wall leading to my studio.

Simple, personal, and actually lived with.

And I get it: putting your own portrait up can feel a bit uncomfortable.

Maybe even a little “vain”.

But is it… or is it just owning who you are?

It doesn’t have to be a huge statement piece.

A desk frame. A quiet corner. One image you love.

That’s enough!

🦊 So… I did a thing.

I’ve created a new page and little business called For Fox’s Sake, and I’d really love you to come follow it!

This all started with a lifelong love of foxes… and finally meeting one in real life this year (beautiful Poppy!).

Safe to say, that was it; I was hooked.

Then I went looking for a fox cap… and honestly? Nothing quite hit the mark.

So I made my own!

And then, naturally… it escalated!

✨ Now it’s becoming a whole collection: caps, tees, gifts, wall art, and all fox-inspired, all designed by me, for people who love them as much as I do.
