Popps nipped over on Tuesday & got some nice Kestrel & Sparrowhawk pics 👌. Bookings now open for Autum / Winter season - opening 1st October.

We’ve had a few people asking recently why we don’t open over the summer months (July to the end of Sept). The reason for this is that the birds sit up after the nesting period and everything slows down. The birds also do not look in good condition - plumage, colouring etc. Therefore we don’t find it fair to take money from people when hide activity is not at its best. If you google “where have all the birds in my garden gone?” this will also explain this in a bit more detail. Looking forward to welcoming you all back from October onwards. Hope you all have a lovely summer 🌞
