3 locations. 1 big day with Young Guns for R U OK? Day. 💛

We spent the morning across three locations talking about culture, connection, teamwork and supporting others.

The focus was simple. Building stronger teams, checking in on the people around us, and creating a workplace where people feel connected and supported.

Different locations, different teams, but the same message. We all play a part in looking after each other.

Some great conversations and plenty of laughs along the way.

Biggest and busiest week of the term! 🙌

This week we focused on SAVERS and understanding that everyone is different.

We looked at which letter connects with each person, why it works for them, and how we can use our strengths to help fill someone else’s cup.

It’s not about the result. It’s about the journey. ❤️

Today is World Su***de Prevention Day.

You never really know what someone might be carrying behind the smile, the jokes or the “I’m good.”

So check in on your people. Ask twice. Listen without judgement. Be present.

And if you’re the one struggling, please speak up. You don’t have to carry it alone.

Sometimes a simple conversation can make all the difference.

Week recap 🙌

This week we focused on the last S in SAVERS, Scribble.

We spoke about the power of writing things down, getting things out of your head, and being intentional with your goals.

One of the activities was writing a letter to someone who needs to hear something from you.

Champions write it down. Everyone else just thinks about it.

Another great week with our young people. ❤️

Tutere was there to represent the team and receive the funding on our behalf.

This support will help us keep doing what we do, creating spaces for young people to connect, grow, and back themselves.
