🌁 Tuesday — Detail Close‑Up

Precision. Balance. Stillness.

Today’s focus is on the details — the cables, the structure, the geometry that makes the Queensferry Crossing such an iconic silhouette.

Sometimes the beauty is in the engineering.

🖼 Choosing the Right Print Size Just Got Easier

We know it can be hard to picture how artwork will look in your space — so here’s a simple visual guide to help.

Our two most popular sizes are shown here against an average height (5'10" / 178 cm), making it easier to see what works best for your home:

✨ Large Size — 67.6 × 47.6 cm
Perfect for statement walls, living rooms, hallways and above‑sofa displays.

✨ Medium Size — 42.6 × 37.6 cm
Ideal for smaller spaces, gallery walls, bedrooms or pairing with other prints.

Whether you prefer a bold centrepiece or a subtle touch of calm, we’ve got a size that fits beautifully into your home.

Which size do you prefer for your space — Large or Medium?

Or should we offer any other sizes and format ?

Mondays don’t have to rush.

Take a moment to breathe, look around, and find beauty in the stillness that surrounds you.

That’s what inspires every piece we create — turning quiet moments into artwork that brings calm to your space.

We have been exploring a new direction behind the lens — Scotland’s birds and wildlife.

Before I release anything, I’d love to know…

Our First B&W Launch

Strength and elegance meet in this new release from Waterside Wallart.
Captured in striking monochrome, Queensferry Crossing celebrates the precision and grace of modern Scottish engineering — a bridge suspended between land, sky, and reflection.

🤍 A Little More About Us

After sharing our Meet the Team post, we wanted to open up a little more about why we started Waterside Wallart in the first place.

We always dreamed of building something we could work on together — a business that fits around Duncan’s full‑time job, while giving me the space to look after the day‑to‑day running of everything behind the scenes.

At weekends, Duncan is often out capturing Scotland’s landscapes, and I tag along whenever I can. It’s become something we genuinely love doing as a couple — exploring, creating, and turning the beauty around us into artwork for your homes.

Bringing a little piece of our surroundings into your space is what keeps us inspired.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us.
