Red squirrels in the trees in the garden of our usual holiday accommodation in the Cairngorms in August. It's always entertaining to watch their antics, trying to find food, chase each other or compete with the birds in the garden. They're such feisty creatures!

Another spring time photo from London. Love them? Hate them? These ring necked parakeets haven't made it to Lincs yet but there were plenty flying around the city. They were mostly high up in the trees, but this one was next to the path feasting on blossom, unbothered by those watching it.
