Today out in Lincoln and captured images of the new Bridge works that will connect the Western Growth Corridor and Triton Road in Lincoln

So out today and getting some more recent images of the Western Growth Corridor - Now clearly some old original planing was ignored not taken into account ? Can you spot what the planners have either ignored or forgotten about ? Or it was just a bad idea to try and make use of it ?

Managed to get out this weekend and got some updated images of the Western Growth Corridor in Lincoln being constructed by Lindums Construction

Interesting the speed limit for the road is set at 20mph already and 4000 properties are going in at some point (the 1st block will be 300 so thats 600 cars as most houses are 2 cars per property) and then consider the bridges go in, then this would become a main cut through too Tritton Road - After all the traffic can already queue past Hartsholme today due to the railway line. on Skellingthorpe road today

Its going to be interesting to see how this develops...

Local River Trent Crossing on the A57 is shut due to flooding, I've never seen it this bad. But here is a quick video of the road closure and the local area from the sky
