Tuesday beach med pics! What another unbelievable night & practices. The light faded so quick but it was so cool seeing people stay after it had finished. A proper little community coming together!

The first image is the last image I took when I was on my way home walking along the beach (met an amazing girl with light stick's) & the last image is the first image i took on the night

Also a mixture of flash, colour & black & white images. Hope you like them!

Thought I would post another beach med album just in from circuits and feel amazing - anyone who knows me knows that exercise comes first then everything else falls into place.....

Wow! What a amazing weekend retreat just gone. I was lucky enough to asked to do the images on Saturday & what an experience! I'm into this kinda stuff myself have been for years, kinda lost touch from it all. I'm also Reiki Level 2 and a fully qualified Reflexologist so this is right up my street for documenting it. I love just floating about & doing my own thing & hope the images come across showing that!

Ohhh pic 6 is the vegan roast all home made an absolutely amazing! Yes i went back for seconds think everybody did haha

Huge shout out to the organiser who put on such amazing top draw retreat it just flowed great.

Commercial work. I was contacted & asked by to take portraits of the gym instructor's for Crosby Leisure centre. They just wanted straight portraits none of the equipment. Not many images tonight sorry guys. I arrived a bit late. I came straight from circuit training...well home first, quick shower & back out haha. But it was boss seeing everyone there even with the rain & then the sunset just appeared unbelievable!

Amazing night again down on Crosby beach positive vibes & boss practices. We are so lucky to have that place on our doorstep. It's such a good community which is growing!

I meet people who are just walking past & they'll stop and listen for 5/10mins & meditate then go on their way. Awesome

Recently worked with a local P.T to create content for a little fitness book sue was making. Anyone who knows me knows that I'm into my fitness (kettlebells are my favourite) so this was really an enjoyable & fun job to do, if not a little stressful with the timescale it had to be done in haha. A yoga book maybe next in the pipeline (yin is my favourite yoga by the way haha)

Amazing night again down on Crosby beach on Tuesday for the free meditation, positive vibes & boss practices. We are so lucky to have the beach on our doorstep. It's boss recognising people now who have been coming for weeks as far as Manchester. It's such a good community which is growing. And it's free!

I meet people who are just walking past & they'll stop and listen for 5/10mins & meditate then go on their way. Awesome
