Let me Introduce my self to people that don’t already know ! I am Monika and I am Monika Captures Photographer 😊📸
I am passionate about photography, I love capturing the realness and essence of a particular moment it’s like capturing a smell in a jar…
I love photographing in a natural style, just how it is, realness is important for me because it truly shows in the photos I take. I am fun and creative and will make you feel at ease with throwing a joke or two to loosing you up during a shoot or i might burst into a song that suits the moment 😂
I love people, I love capturing people, I love capturing love ❤️
I also love Sauvignon blanc, ocean, mountains, some old school r&b tunes or a deep house music with a moment when the beat drops. I love the smell of freshly cut grass , I love adventures and trying new things, I love passion and excitement. I also love burning palo santo wood to bring positive vibes into my home, I sleep with crystals and I am a Sagittarius. Most importantly I love what I do, I love being a photographer ❤️💫

Honestly , as a wedding photographers we are so used to light. We work with light and we are happy when natural light is there, but when it isn’t panic takes over. I feel like in general wedding photographers are scared of no light and flash - this is me for sure ! BUT if we must, and we gotta work the no light and flash take chances and see magic happen by it self. And this was the case here, it was so so dark yet we could see a beautiful sunset in the distance anddd the final effect is beyond my happy expectations.
