29/12/2025
2025 has been quite eventful for someone who still doesn't really know what he's doing.
Spoke at my first ever conference at the start of the year (thank you Shots and Giggles for my big break).
Spoke at the biggest wedding photography conference in the UK at the end of the year (thank you Ninedots for taking a chance on me).
Ran 6 full-day workshops.
Sold out 5 webinars on my own, and did joint webinars with some of the biggest names in wedding photography.
Spoke on 6 podcasts, for far too long. RIP to the editing teams.
Opened an online community called The Brand Inn to teach personal branding, that now has 70 photographers inside.
Swam in the dopamine of millions of views on my silly content while being humbled by thousands of new followers joining me along the way.
Photographed a bunch of weddings with my dream couples.
Stayed present as a dad and a husband.
Put the bins out, every time.
None of this is to brag, I swear. We scroll and it feels like everyone else is ahead. Everyone has a plan and they're hustling and smashing and winning and drinking enough water.
Social media has a way of robbing us of the joy of trying, failing, and eventually doing something that isn't completely s**t.
But most of what we see is performance, not the process.
Highlights of lives without the doubt.
2025 was the year I stopped waiting for the perfect plan and realised the power of the story.
And in an industry (and world) absolutely crammed full of slop, this human narrative can save us.
YOUR story is more powerful than any slop.
Please start telling it.
Thank you for being here. Thank you to everyone who chooses positivity and kindness over ragebait and negativity.
Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket, stayed up late for a webinar, joined me in the Brand Inn, booked me for a wedding, liked a reel, or gave me a follow.
I wish you all the every best for 2026.
Go well.
