🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️LIVERPOOL PRIDE 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

We won’t be out shooting weddings tomorrow, you’ll find Karen - as she is every year - at Liverpool Pride with her besties.

Marching with our friends from and probably swooping on for big hugs at some point.

But it’s not all dancing outside the Mazzy and necking tequila rose, we want to put our money where our mouth is too and support the community.

So for every LGBTQ+ wedding booking we take between now and the end of August, we’ll donate £50 of your booking fee to the incredible at who provide mental health and emotional support to children and young people in Merseyside - with GYRO offering age appropriate youth groups for those exploring sexuality or gender identity, or identify as Le***an, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Q***r or (+) another part of the rainbow family. A cause close to our hearts.

Where on earth do we start with Aileen & Wayne? Our first time at Trevor Hall was like walking into a big, warm, technicolour hug from these beautiful folks!

We had SO. MUCH. FUN.

They both danced into their chilled, outdoor ceremony led by the amazing Dame F***y! We absolutely adore the thought that Trevor Hall’s old Cedar of Lebanon has watched over many weddings through the years and we’d take a bet that this was the most fabulous of them all!

Then it was water fights, hilarious and moving speeches, cricket on the lawn and dancing. It’s always lovely to see Alison & the team from Fig & The Wild too, we loved their veggie barbecue! Feed us spicy halloumi kebabs all day every day!

Every guest - including us and our little E who joined us later on for the party - was made to feel special. ‘Wayleen’ are a truly wonderful couple with the biggest hearts and a sense of fun that just exploded in one big party weekend of love!

Shout out to Ruby and the team too - what an incredible, quirky, stunning venue. Hopefully we’ll be back!
