Hey everyone, I apologise again for my lack of posting. I hope everyone that has had the time to visit my exhibition enjoyed it, (it’s on for another 13 days!) With the start of the summer I will have the time to make a lot more work around the topic of mental illness.
I believe that there can never be enough awareness brought to it.
Here is an image i created this evening.

Hey everyone,
Sorry that I haven't posted in so long! I've been working on something BIG!
I can finally announce that I will be having an exhibition of all of my mental health related self-portraiture in the Aberystwyth Arts Center from the 8th of May to the 15th of July titled "Not all injuries are visible"!
I want to raise awareness towards the reality of mental illness as-well as sharing my own experiences with to hopefully support other sufferers.
I would love for you to attend if possible and ask for you to share this post to spread the word. This is an incredible opportunity for me and is something that I am extremely passionate about, so, I would love to see as many people there as possible!
Also, during mental health awareness week (14th - 20th of May) I will be holding an event alongside another mental health related photographer (more details on that coming soon!)
I wanted to thank you all for supporting my work. and again, spread the word!

Personal growth
These images were created to show the positive effect of mental illness as through living with the illness. Learning to cope with it and deal with the challenges it presents allows for the sufferer to grow as a person. Giving them a improved outlook on life with a greater appreciation for the positivity surrounding them whilst also allowing for them to go on a journey within themselves of self discovery and acceptance.

"Another addition to my mental health self-portraiture project*
I'm calling these three "Raw" as their creation involves 0 editing or special angles. This is me not hiding behind anything. By creating these images i wanted to raise awareness to the fact that people who do suffer from mental illness are able to mask it well over time. on the same wavelength as don't judge a book by its cover. please like and share to raise awareness. thanks.
