This has to be my favourite route back down from Snowdon after climbing up via the Watkins Path. This route follows Rhyd Ddu which has some beautiful ridge sections. Nothing like Crib Goch but good enough for beginner ridge walkers.

The mountains in snowdonia hold special memories for me. It amazes me how much energy I can give these hills, valleys, mountains and get inspiration and energy back in return.

What motivates you?

Little pockets of motivation with something you enjoy doing could be the start of something big, something that ends up being the reason your energy is up most days. It might be just something little right now but stay consistent with it and keep reaffirming those first reasons on why it motivates you.

A big lesson over the past 2 years for me has been understanding true consistency. Prior to 2020 I had been pretty inconsistent with what truly drives me to succeed, leaving time open for distractions. Time is limited so what is the point in filling that time up with distractions and meaningless actions.

If you feel like you don't have much purpose right now, pay attention to those little things that motivate you and create a routine around them. It could be a little seed that forms a foundation for you then the next thing you know that seed becomes a giant oak tree for your friends and family to relax under.

Here are a few still from one of the latest projects. I know this consistency will keep contributing towards my quality of life.

Working on some important content for a newly launching business designed to help people with the mental health issues our society is facing and those directly affected.

will be launching Spark In The Dark in the near future and is already working on some big plans to raise awareness and help those in need. I know Karim does not want this to be about him but seeing his drive, plans and hearing his ideas on how to move forward, (all whilst being affected himself) gives me all the faith that Spark in the Dark will be destined for a positive impact surrounding mental health.
