One of my favourite things about photographing weddings is the people I get to meet. 😍

Alison and Jason had a wonderfully intimate celebration on Saturday all the way over in Bedford. The sun was out, the atmosphere was super-chilled, and everyone was so genuinely lovely that I didn't want to leave! 🥰

Even after the cameras got switched off and packed in the bag , I lost track of time happily chatting away... resulting in a 2am arrival home and a tired (and maybe a little grumpy!) Martin in the morning! 😂

100% would do again, though. 😉

What a weekend! 😎

It's been a busy - and incredibly fun - couple of days, so to start things off here's a sneaky peek at Sam and Beth's gorgeous day on Friday! 😍

The weather held out beautifully for us, and despite it being a little on the windy side, nothing could stop these two having an awesome day! Sam and Beth are two of the nicest people you're ever likely to meet, and it was an absolute pleasure to share the day with them. 🥰

A face that says it all! 😍

Laura and Paddy finally tied the knot last week at Insole Court - a moment that their friends and family never thought would happen! The weather was gorgeous, the laughter was never-ending, and entire day was a blast from start to finish. 🥰

Yesterday was the kind of wedding that reminds you what it's all about! 🥰

Pluggy and Tom spent their day surrounded by their closest friends and family, combined with genuine warmth and laughter all day long. The weather was absolutely GORGEOUS (as my tan lines will attest to... I woke up this morning looking like a squishmallow!), and everyone was simply a joy to be around. 🥰

Good people, good weather, great fun... and cold drinks - what more could you ask for? 😎

What an incredible day! 😍

Laura and Paddy had the perfect blend of traditional and doing things their own way - starting off with their ceremony at Insole Court, a brief stop at Roath Park, then culminating with an awesome reception at Rhostio in Cardiff, with spectacular views over the city (which I'm excited to say that I am now a recommended supplier for!🥰)

I was surrounded by joy and laughter for the whole day, and it goes without saying that everyone simply had the best time... and just look at that sunset! 😍

You can take a wedding photographer away from a wedding... but I'll still find a way! 😅

A last-minute weekend away with the family to the North Devon coast before my wedding season properly kicks off, with a visit to the museum in Ilfracombe, and here I am taking pictures of vintage cameras and wedding cake that's over 100 years old! 😅

Don't worry though, the cameras I bring to your wedding are a little bit more modern... although I do own one of the Kodak Box Brownies on the right... 👀 👀
