Hello! I’m and this is my PEP Collective takeover! ⭐️ I have been taking photos for around 8 years but I have recently started to venture into documentary filmmaking!
Lately I have been making short documentaries about the human/animal connection and how animals can support our mental wellbeing. You can find these on YouTube by searching ‘Alice Lattimore’ 🪲
This week, I will be sharing the moving image work of other PEP students to share the joy of documentary filmmaking - I hope you enjoy :)

Hello! We’ve made it to the final day of my takeover () and have celebrated lots of talented women along the way :-)

Before I sign off…I want to share some of the work of Aisling Manser () 🇮🇪 who this semester, is studying all the way in Brisbane 🇦🇺. Ash’s work spans lots of genres from fashion, to photographing film sets. She recently made a documentary all about Falmouth’s RNLI volunteers.

Hello again! Today’s photographer is Mercedes Nicholls () ⭐️⭐️

I’m in first year, and while I’m still discovering my niche, I’ve always been passionate about photographing people and culture. I’ve taken to photographing fashion and collaborating with other creatives since joining falmouth and I’ve definitely grown as a photographer since moving here.

I’m inspired a lot by music, a lot of my ideas are sparked by hearing songs and envisioning shoots based on lyrics and scenarios tied to the lyrics.

I’m currently working on a project to do with my own culture and my relationship with the Puerto Rican side of my family and how growing up with limited hispanic influence has caused me to feel so conflicted with my identity while also honouring the history of my family.

I am a photographer living in and experiencing Cornwall as an animistic landscape. I’m interested in taking a variety of photos from the dark and magical to landscapes and seascapes, still life and people, documenting everyday life.

I believe our traditional cultural practices anchor us in the land, create a sense of belonging and tell our stories.

My photos are all about allowing people to express themselves through fashion, sport, environmental politics and much more. 🪲

At the moment I’m working on a documentary series about the connection between humans and animals, and the impact animals have on our wellbeing. This will be a series of short videos on YouTube ( Lattimore).

Hi! My name is Zoë () and I’ll be doing a takeover of PEP Collective this week. I think it’s important that we all celebrate the wonderful women of the course so that’s exactly what I’ll be doing, keep your eyes peeled over the next few days…

To get the ball rolling…and as I’m a year older today! (🥳🍀), I thought I would share a few of my own photos. As someone who is passionate about inclusive and sustainable fashion, most of my recent work has involved collaborations with fashion and knitwear designers. Here are some of my favourites.
