WING FEST 2026 — PART TWO
With Wing Fest popping off in Bristol this weekend, it was only right I ran it back to London for Part 2.
This time I got through some of the most creative wings of the day, and when you're judging at Wing Fest, playing it safe isn't going to cut it.
The Part 2 line-up:
seoul — Nutty By Nature & Buldak Buffanero. Two completely different flavour profiles and both delivered.
— 1AM Doner Kebab. Doner meat on a chicken wing is a mad concept, but somehow it makes sense.
catering / Kalthan — Butter Me Up. Butter chicken sauce, raita and crispy onions on a charcoal-grilled wing. You know I was here for this one.
— Bringing those Latin flavours with La Guaira and Buffanero. Sweet, citrus, spice and plenty of heat.
— The Guv'nor. Turning fish and chips into a chicken wing shouldn't work this well. One of the most creative wings I came across.
— Peach & Chong and Crack Wings. Smoked peach, honey jerk, crispy plantain, Trinidadian hot pepper sauce... these guys weren't messing about.
uk — Finishing with Sri Lankan and Ghanaian heritage through their Arumai and Chale Wings. Loved seeing culture represented through the flavours.
Wing Fest London was a proper vibe from start to finish. Big up for keeping the energy going and a massive thank you to for collaborating with us and getting The Creators Table crew involved.
Part 1 and Part 2 done. Now the question is... who would you have given your vote to?
