I don’t know if anyone else felt like this when they came out of lockdown but I felt like I was trapped in my own head like a mental lockdown. I haven’t felt creative. I’ve been pushing and pushing myself to pick up the camera and find a spark. But it wasn’t till I went back and looked at this image that it started to click again.
It was take with a £450 camera a standard flash and me having a play with what I had at the time. It is my favourite portrait I’ve take (and no it’s not because it’s of me) but because it was a free and creative.

The weather is getting better & we are almost out of lockdown so can’t wait to get back to outdoor shoots. Model- .offic...

I have been going back to the same place for the last week to see if I can improve the images I have already taken. You will have seen the first one from last Sunday. Today’s image made me smile because London has a habit of looking dull & gloomy but sometimes it is beautiful. Same place , same time , same camera & lens but different thoughts

3 years ago I when to Tower Hill and found lighting that is part of a office front and didn’t really use that to my advantage to add more light to my subject. I also didn’t see the great line that are part of the canopy. So I went back to make up for those mistakes. Let me know what you think 🤔
